Well, well, well, lemme tell ya about this Bali wedding thingy. People talkin’ ’bout gettin’ hitched there like it’s some kinda paradise. Never been on no plane myself, but they say it’s real pretty, all beaches and fancy hotels. Gotta say, sounds expensive.
Now, these folks say you can get hitched for cheap, like $1500. But that’s probably just for the preacher and some flowers, ain’t it? If you wanna do it up big, like those fancy folks do, you’re lookin’ at $50,000. That’s a lot of chickens, I tell ya!
- And if you wanna get married in some resort, where they bring you drinks and fan ya with leaves, well, that’s even more money. Startin’ at $2000 or $3000, and goin’ all the way up to $40,000. Might as well buy a whole farm for that much!
But I hear Bali’s pretty. Got beaches, like where the fish live. And rice fields, you know, where they grow that white stuff. And temples on cliffs, whatever that means. Sounds like a place you’d take a postcard picture of.
People worryin’ if it’s hard to get hitched there. Paperwork and all that. But from what I hear, it ain’t so bad. If you got your papers in order, it’s easy peasy. Like bakin’ a pie, just gotta follow the recipe.
Now, if you’re gonna go all the way to Bali, you need a place to sleep, right? Ain’t gonna sleep on the beach with the sand crabs. Tripadvisor, they say, got cheap hotels. Save you a few pennies, so you can spend it on other stuff. Like food, or maybe a fancy hat.
And the weddin’ places, they got fancy names. Sky At Ayana Resort & Spa. Sounds like you’re gettin’ married in the clouds. Probably got birds flyin’ around, messin’ up your hair. And Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay. Real fancy, with lotsa flowers and stuff.
But if you’re gonna fly all that way, might as well do some fun stuff, right? See the sights, eat the food, maybe buy a souvenir. Tripadvisor again, they got all sorts of things to do. Tours and museums and whatnot. You can even book now and pay later, like puttin’ it on layaway.
And hotels, they say Tripadvisor got cheap ones. So you don’t gotta spend all your money on a bed. Save it for the weddin’ or the honeymoon, whatever that is.
So, Bali weddin’. Sounds fancy and expensive. But if you got the money and the papers, go for it, I guess. Just remember to take lotsa pictures. Show ’em to us country folks who ain’t never seen a beach. And don’t forget to haggle, you hear? Always haggle. Even in paradise, they try to overcharge ya.
At the end of the day, it’s your weddin’. Do what makes you happy, even if it means flyin’ halfway across the world. Just don’t come cryin’ to me when you’re broke!
