Alright, alright, let’s talk about them fancy brides with the…what do you call ‘em…tattoos! Yeah, tattoos. Them young’uns these days, they sure like gettin’ all inked up. Back in my day, it was just sailors and tough guys, you know? But now, even the pretty girls gettin’ it done, even when they gettin’ hitched.
So, what’s the big deal with tattoos at weddings? Well, I reckon it’s like this: if you got ‘em, you got ‘em. No point hidin’ ‘em, right? Especially if they’re purdy. Some of them tattoos, they’re real works of art, like them fancy pictures in the city museum. And if a gal’s got a purdy picture on her arm, why not show it off on her big day?
- Keepin’ it simple: Some brides, they just got a little somethin’ on their wrist or maybe on their ankle. Nothin’ too flashy, just a little touch of somethin’. Easy to see, but don’t take over the whole shebang.
- Spaghetti straps and such: Then you got the ones wearin’ them dresses with the skinny straps. Shows off the arms real good, and if you got a tattoo there, well, it’s gonna be on display. Ain’t nothin’ wrong with that. Steven, he always did like a gal with a little ink, bless his heart.
- Big and bold: And then there’s the gals with the big tattoos. Backs, arms, legs…all covered in ink. And you know what? They look mighty fine too. It’s all about how you carry yourself, I always say. If you’re confident and happy, it don’t matter what you got on your skin.
Now, some folks might say, “Oh, tattoos ain’t classy. Brides should be all pure and white and whatnot.” But I say, phooey to that! Classy ain’t about what’s on your skin, it’s about what’s in your heart. And if a gal’s got a good heart and a purdy tattoo, well, that’s just a bonus in my book. It’s their day, ain’t it? Let ’em do what they want.
How do you make tattoos look good at a wedding? Well, it ain’t rocket science. First off, you gotta pick a dress that works with your tattoos. If you got a big tattoo on your back, maybe you want a dress that shows it off. If you got a little tattoo on your wrist, maybe you want a dress with short sleeves. You get the idea.
Then you gotta think about your hair and makeup. You don’t wanna overdo it, you know? If you got a lot of tattoos, maybe you wanna keep your hair and makeup simple. Let the tattoos be the star of the show. But if you just got a little somethin’, you can go a little wilder with the hair and makeup. It’s all about balance, like bakin’ a good cake. Too much sugar and it’s too sweet, not enough and it’s bland.
And finally, you gotta just own it. Don’t be ashamed of your tattoos. They’re part of who you are. They tell a story. And on your wedding day, you should be proud to show off your story. Don’t let nobody tell you different. Remember, it’s your story, not theirs.
So, if you’re a bride with tattoos, don’t worry about what other people think. Just be yourself, be happy, and enjoy your big day. Them tattoos don’t make you any less of a bride. They just make you… you. And that’s the most important thing of all. You want a big ol’ tattoo of a dragon on your back? Go for it, honey! You want a tiny little heart on your finger? That’s just fine too. It’s your body, your wedding, and your choice.
Now, I seen some pictures of these tattooed brides online, and they all look happy as clams. Smiling, laughing, having a grand ol’ time. And that’s what it’s all about, ain’t it? Weddings are supposed to be a celebration of love and happiness. And if tattoos make you happy, then they belong at your wedding. Simple as that. Don’t let nobody tell you otherwise.
