Then there’s other places too, not just that “Ensemble” place. Lots of shops sellin’ these nikkah dresses. You can find ’em online, or maybe in them big city stores. I wouldn’t know, I ain’t been to a big city in ages. But I hear they got everything you could ever want, and more.
They talk about “tradition” and “style” when they talk about these dresses. Tradition, that’s important, you know? It’s what we pass down, what makes us who we are. And style, well, that’s just makin’ it look pretty, I guess. These young girls, they want both, I reckon. They want somethin’ that’s meaningful and beautiful.
